Delivery

We deliver within Abu Dhabi. Every order is prepared fresh and delivered on the next day — the delivery date is shown in your basket and on your confirmation before you pay.

The delivery fee (if any) is shown in your basket before checkout. Please make sure your phone number and address or pinned location are correct so our driver can reach you.

Cancellations & refunds

For any change, cancellation or problem with your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — we're happy to help.

Cancelling an order

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If we haven't started preparing your order, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount.

A problem with your order

If something is missing, wrong or not right, message us on WhatsApp on the day of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the card, Apple Pay or Google Pay used for the order. We don't give cash refunds.
• Once we issue a refund, it usually appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Terms of sale

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). The total shown at checkout — items plus delivery — is the amount you pay.
• Payment is taken online when you place your order, securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We don't accept cash on delivery for online orders.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds. You'll see a confirmation screen with your order number, and a receipt is sent to your e-mail.
• Menu items and prices may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you placed the order.
• If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item becomes unavailable), we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• Please tell us about any allergies in the kitchen note or on WhatsApp before ordering. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Privacy

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address or pinned location, any note you add, and what you ordered. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see the messages you send us there.

Why we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, send your confirmation and receipt, and handle any refund. We don't sell your information or send you marketing without asking.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Sauced.

Who else handles it

Trusted providers that run our ordering system on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure order storage) and Resend (order e-mails).
